About us

Suplent is a trading name of Alan Wagner Ferreira Junior, a sole trader based at Tupiniquins 46, Três Pontas, Minas Gerais 37188-056, Brazil. You can reach us at contact@suplent.store.

We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom. We do not sell to anyone under the age of 18.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We will send an email confirming that we have received it, but that email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.

A contract comes into existence when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

If we cannot accept your order — because the item is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description, or because we cannot meet a delivery deadline — we will tell you and will not charge you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Price and payment

The price of a product is the price shown on the product page at the time you order. That is the total you pay — there is nothing added at checkout.

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

We take payment at the point you place your order.

We take reasonable care to make sure prices are correct. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Delivery timescales, dispatch times and what to do about a delayed or missing parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products become your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Your right to change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.

To do so, email contact@suplent.store within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the products to us.

Because our products are supplements sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to any item once the seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed items can be returned.

You pay the cost of returning the products to us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.

Faulty or misdescribed products

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you, including any return costs, and the sealed-item restriction above does not apply.

About our products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines, and nothing on our website is medical advice or an offer to diagnose, treat or cure anything.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have an existing medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any supplement.

Always read the label and the information supplied with the product. Where anything on our website differs from the product’s own packaging, the packaging is correct.

Our products are supplied to us by Specialist Supplements Limited, Unit 4 East Street Enterprise Park, Rhayader, Powys, LD6 5ER, United Kingdom, and are dispatched to you from within the United Kingdom. Nothing you order is shipped internationally, and you will not be asked to pay import duty or handling charges.

Using our website

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or exploit its content, interfere with its operation, or use it in any unlawful way.

The content of our website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or to our licensors.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We do not supply products for business use, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
